"Steinbergkogel Lodge" - Mountain living at its best - ski-in/ski-out

Inspired by the idea of creating a perfect home for mountain enthusiasts, the lodges offer the ideal base for all kinds of summer and winter sports. The look and atmosphere of the four lodges are reminiscent of an old mountain village – each lodge is oriented toward one of the surrounding peaks, gardens and cozy terraces invite you to enjoy the sun, and authentic materials such as reclaimed wood and natural stone recall traditional craftsmanship. The interior design is a tribute to craftsmanship. From the kitchen design and dining table to the dressing rooms and bathroom furniture: everything is custom-made and equipped with carefully considered details – for the long-lasting enjoyment of the future owners.

The Sonnfeld Lodges are designed to be a home where you can experience the mountains with family and friends. Therefore, special attention was paid to creating different spaces that connect, where you can meet, spend time together, and enjoy life together. The entire interior design was completed by carefully selected partners who share the same values, quality standards, and service orientation. Both the electrical and plumbing fixtures are of the highest standard (underfloor heating/cooling with geothermal energy, BUS system, etc.), with products from leading manufacturers and installed by the most reliable local service providers.

The Sonnfeld Lodges can be used for tourism purposes based on their designation as a mixed residential area and the legally required conditions (primary residence possible, but not required).

The STEINBERGKOGEL LODGE (W4) shown here offers a living space of approximately 285 sqm (4 bedrooms) plus outdoor areas and 3 garage spaces.
