Chalet "Travertin"

In a spectacular location and with a breathtaking view of the massif of the "Wilder Kaiser" mountain range, the M-Chalets embody the modern interpretation of the classic Tyrolean chalet. Reclaimed wood, naturally dried oak floorboards, travertine and Gris France, leather and linen characterize the elegant interior design.

Local raw materials such as old wood and natural stone as well as bush-hammered concrete were used for the outdoor facilities. The traditional architecture is skilfully combined with contemporary elements. Lined with gardens that are typical of the area and wide, mostly secluded terraces, the living spaces are being expanded into the open air.

Chalet "Travertin" offers a glazed living and dining area with a designer kitchen block on the upper floor and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space discreetly packed in the background as well as a cozy place by the open fireplace in the library. The partly covered, wide terrace is connected with a staircase to the garden on the ground floor.

On this floor is the entrance with cloakroom and guest toilet, a cozy bedroom with shower room and the spacious master bedroom area with an elegant, light-flooded bathroom with a free-standing tub - in front of it, the completely private terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors.

The lower floor opens up due to the gentle slope and thus allows the wellness area to enjoy beautiful views. Here, the sauna, steam bath and relaxation zone offer relaxation within your own four walls, while the well-equipped gym provides for physical exercise. The wine cellar is ingeniously staged, and many a film in the cinema provides cheerful or exciting moments. Two further bedrooms with en suite shower rooms, the utility room, the practical sports cloakroom with direct access from the outside and the building services complete the room concept.

There is space for vehicles in the garage, in the carport and in the courtyard in front of the house.

All areas of the "Travertin" chalet are ready to move into, including a designer kitchen with appliances from Gaggenau and Bora, sanitary facilities from Gessi and antoniolupi, furnishings from Italian designer brands such as Minotti and high-quality custom-made products from local craftsmen, which, with perfect workmanship, form the timeless basis for sophisticated give housing.
