Because they are stored in sea water, the wooden beams, which are up to 16 meters long, are extremely weather-resistant and hardened. They can be found in the massive basic structure of the building, the roof structure and as individual elements such as stairs or terrace floors. The roof was covered with rust-brown Corten steel and, together with the unique wooden structures and large window fronts, creates an extremely attractive appearance.
