“Adler Lodge” Top 10 apartment with a sunny terrace and mountain views

On a sunny, quiet hill with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and within walking distance of the center of Kirchberg with all its restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, a high-quality apartment house is being built that meets all the requirements for comfortable living. The heat pump system uses geothermal energy to conserve resources, the photovoltaic system supplies additional electricity to the house and ensures low operating costs. The apartments are cooled using the gentle underfloor cooling “Freecooling System”; all apartments are ventilated via a central ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery and controlled via the Smart Home System.

On a total of 5 floors we offer 15 apartments of different sizes as well as a large penthouse, fully and luxuriously furnished by a local furniture store.
