“Adler Lodge” Top 10 apartment with a sunny terrace and mountain views

On a sunny, quiet hill with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and within walking distance of the center of Kirchberg with all its restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities, a high-quality apartment house was built that meets all the requirements for comfortable living. The room concept of the top 10 described here on the 2nd floor offers an entrance with a wardrobe, an open living-dining area with a fully equipped, custom-made kitchen, dining area with a round table and comfortable swivel chairs as well as direct access to the wonderful sun terrace, which is also from the two bedrooms can be reached, the chic bathroom, extra guest toilet and a generously sized utility room with connection for the washing machine. The heat pump system uses geothermal energy to conserve resources, the photovoltaic system supplies additional electricity to the house and ensures low operating costs. The apartments are cooled using the gentle underfloor cooling “Freecooling System”; all apartments are ventilated via a central ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery and controlled via the Smart Home System.
