Embedded in the picturesque town center of Jochberg, these four lodges celebrate traditional craftsmanship combined with contemporary design. The spatial concept of Lodge 1 and Lodge 2 each comprises two levels, while Lodge 3 and Lodge 4 each have three levels, which are also connected by a private lift.
The living-dining areas are open-plan with a comprehensively equipped kitchen and are impressively beautiful in their appearance thanks to the visible roof truss made of old wood, specially designed fireplaces and large window elements. 3 or 4 bedrooms are planned, each with their own bathroom, wellness area with sauna (Lodge 3 also has a steam bath) and relaxation zone, sports cloakrooms, utility rooms, cloakrooms, etc. The furnishings and equipment consist of high-quality custom-made products from local companies, harmoniously supplemented and completed by international interiors designers.
There are 3 parking spaces in each of the spacious underground car parks, as well as direct access to the technical rooms in each lodge (including underfloor heating using geothermal energy, BUS system).
