The living-dining areas are open-plan with a comprehensively equipped kitchen and are impressively beautiful in their appearance thanks to the visible roof truss made of old wood, specially designed fireplaces and large window elements. 3 or 4 bedrooms are planned, each with their own bathroom, wellness area with sauna (Lodge 3 also has a steam bath) and relaxation zone, sports cloakrooms, utility rooms, cloakrooms, etc. The furnishings and equipment consist of high-quality custom-made products from local companies, harmoniously supplemented and completed by international interiors designers.

There are 3 parking spaces in each of the spacious underground car parks, as well as direct access to the technical rooms in each lodge (including underfloor heating using geothermal energy, BUS system).

Lodge 3: Living area approx. 291 sqm + open spaces + garage

Lodge 4: Living area approx. 285 sqm + open spaces + garage
